HMO STUDENT CONVERSION (Exeter)
Here is an example of one of our HMO conversions. This HMO conversion was a very high spec finish.
We took a 3 bedroom house and converted it into a 6 bed HMO ready for students or professionals, this included a rear dormer loft conversion.

BOOTLEGGER BAR (EXETER)
Here is an example of one of our many Commercial projects, where the team carried out a full bar rip out and replacement in just 4 and a half days, allowing the bar to reopen for normal trading on the Friday night. Some very long days were needed on this one due to finding some unexpected issues, but that didn’t stop us meeting our handover date and delivering on time.
